Coaching for high school parents

By Kathy Kuhl
Wish you could have a mentor to help you teach high school? Now you can.
Even folks with neurotypical teens cringe at the thought of homeschooling through high school. Too much prep? Too many difficult courses? Too much stress? And how do you navigate among the many options?
Home Educators Association of Virginia (HEAV) is opening a new round of their mentoring program for parents. On Tuesday, February 4, you can watch a free workshop and learn more about the great support they offer. They bring in speakers who take your questions (I’m one of many), and they provide weekly coaching groups online. Get mentored by veteran homeschoolers of high school students in this 16-week program. Thanks to a VELA grant, the HEAV Mentoring program can offer a bargain price. Learn more here today.
