You already have the most valuable gifts. You have your family. Enjoy them. Give thanks for them. Don’t so get tangled in the busy-ness of the holidays that you forget to enjoy them.
If illness, poverty, death, guilt, or other sorrows are clouding your days, remind yourself of how you are blessed. And give thanks.
Illness and death have crowded in on our holidays, but there is still much to give thanks for: the gift of our first grandchild, above; the many gifts of my gracious step-mother-in-law, who blessed many; the good health most of us enjoy; daily food and this season of feasting; and many more.
Next month I plan to publish my third book, Encouraging Your Child. I plan to give free bonus material to those who subscribe to my newsletter and purchase it the day of release. Sign up to get the details and gifts.
And sign up at the left on this page if you don’t want to miss a blog post.
And enjoy your blessings. Merry Christmas!
