Kathy's Biography

Kathy Kuhl graduated from William and Mary, where she earned teaching certificates in secondary mathematics and English. She has a variety of teaching experience: junior high school math in Chevy Chase, Maryland, homeschool with her son for grades 4-12, seminars for adults, Sunday school for two to six year olds, and small classes for homeschooled teens. She currently teaches algebra and geometry with C.H.E.S.S., Centreville Homeschool Enrichment Support Services. She also serves there as co-administrator. (C.H.E.S.S. is not designed for teens with special needs, although a few have successfully taken classes there.) Kathy and her husband Fred have two grown children and live in Herndon, Virginia.
